This was the third time that our family made use of the services of Easy Store Roodepoort. As with the previous cases we again received superb services from Easy Store when 2 000 valuable books were packed, stored and shipped to Poland. Easy Store explained to us exactly how the books would be packed in boxes and then wrapped in pallets so that they would reach the destination in perfect condition. We were kept informed, step by step with information and photos as the process developed. What we specially valued was the personal attention the General Manager, Mr Robert Bridges paid from the start to the end. The professionalism of Easy Store is unquestionable and I recommend whole heartily that anyone who need packing, transporting and shipping services should make use of Easy Store. From Randburg through to Bristol can only be described as excellent.  In fact delivery at this end excellent. Shipper thru London kept us advised and supplied/guided us thru customs forms... and advised on a Wednesday drop.  Delivery arrived on time with one guy, tail lift and trolley to move pallets. Strictly kerbside delivery so he was gone inside the hour and with two friends all boxes in my ground floor flat within 90 minutes.   Impressive.   John Aldridge.   March 2019.

The General Manager at the Randburg branch not only helped me move my stuff, but also jump-started my car after I realized I had left my lights on while in my container for over an hour. The Manager EasyStore™ We write to congratulate your company on its excellent service, both in the storage of goods and the packing and unpacking service. We would especially like to commend Johan and Motob who were involved in the packing and unpacking of our goods. Their service was excellent. The unpacking being especially challenging in that we have moved to a panhandle of a very busy road. The rig had to be parked in the road due to a lack of suitable parking. The offload was done with speed and efficiency and with as little disruption to traffic as possible. Once again we thank you and your staff and will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone needing your service.

I must say that from the start your attitude and helpfulness when I enquired really impressed me. However, I was to be further impressed when your guys arrived. Firstly. I was kept in contact by your sales department as to what was happening with regards to confirming the appointment. Then, the team you sent out were the happiest crowd I have seen in a long while. Hi Robert, I know I was a bit difficult when the paperwork was not here in time, but that was not Easy Store™'s  fault. All that aside. I would just like to thank you and the Easy Store™ staff for all your work with the packing of the container. You guys did a GREAT JOB.
