Step 1: You Call Us

Contact EasyStore by phone, email or online quote form to discuss your storage needs. Our friendly team will help you choose the right container size and schedule a convenient delivery time.

What happens in this step:

  • Tell us what you need to store (furniture, boxes, business inventory, documents, etc.)
  • We recommend the best container size: Mini, Full, or PODS
  • We provide a transparent quote with no hidden fees
  • You choose your preferred delivery date and time (weekdays or Saturdays)

Flexible scheduling: We deliver Monday–Friday 07:30–16:30 and Saturday 07:30–12:30 to suit your schedule.

Step 2: We Deliver the Container to Your Door

On your scheduled date, our professional team delivers a clean, secure storage container directly to your address in Randburg, Johannesburg, Midrand, Roodepoort, Sandton or surrounding areas.

What happens in this step:

  • Our truck arrives at your home, office or business premises
  • We place the empty container in a convenient location (driveway, parking area, etc.)
  • You have time to pack your belongings at your own pace
  • No need to rent a truck or drive anywhere—we come to you

Container delivered to your doorstep: Whether you're in a house, apartment complex, office building or business park, we bring the storage unit right to you.

Step 3: You Pack the Container (Or We Can Help)

Take your time packing your belongings into the storage container. Pack at your own pace, whether that's a few hours or a few days.

What happens in this step:

  • Pack your furniture, boxes, equipment, inventory or documents securely
  • Arrange items to maximise space and protect fragile belongings
  • Lock the container with your own padlock (you keep the only keys)
  • Call us when you're ready for collection

Need packing materials? We supply boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, furniture covers and more. Ask when you book your container.

Need help packing? Our team can assist with packing and loading for an additional fee. Just ask!

Packing tips:

  • Place heavy items at the bottom, lighter items on top
  • Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap or blankets
  • Label boxes clearly for easy identification later
  • Leave a small walkway for easy access to items at the back

Step 4: We Collect, Transport and Store Your Container

Once you've finished packing, we collect the container and transport it to our secure, state-of-the-art storage facility in Ferndale, Randburg.

  • Our team collects the sealed container from your address
  • We transport it safely to our 24/7 monitored storage facility
  • Your container is stored securely in our climate-controlled warehouse
  • Only you have the keys—we never open your container

I’ve been storing with Easy Store for many years and have been amazed with their great service! I was so impressed with the team who arrived at my house to pack my things and take them to storage, so quick but careful packing, cheerful, helpful and professional. Easy Store also arranged the shipping of half my contents overseas; it went really smoothly and with their careful packing, not one item was damaged or even scratched. If i could give them another 5 stars I would. 10/10/10.
I stored with Easy Store for 2 years. 0 HASSLE. Prices were reasonable. The people are friendly. There was once a time i completely forgot to make payment and they were so understanding. They never harassed me, (side note- based on my payment history they knew they could trust me). Im done unpacking my belongings and they are in perfect condition. Im very happy with this company.

Everyone I interacted with from Easy Store was professional, helpful and cheerful. It was a pleasure to have such a great moving team take care of all my things. They also were prompt with communication and very thorough. I would definitely use them again.
My family stored several containers (and a car!) with Easy Store for many years. The staff (from "front of house" to the team on the ground) were always incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We'd highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Easy Store highly enough. Their service from the beginning has been outstanding - helpful, efficient, reliable and with personal attention that goes way beyond the norm. Every person that I have dealt with has been warm, friendly, understanding and kind and they even made copies of my car papers to assist me in re-licensing my car. The property is pleasing, spotlessly clean and I'm grateful that my effects are safely stored in this environment.
I used Easy Store after I sold my house, but had not yet bought another one. My house contents were stored beautifully until I moved into my new residence, last week. The whole team were amazing , friendly , funny & went about off loading & unpacking in a perfect professional manner . I definitely will refer anyone looking to find storage . I've been storing my camping trailer at Easy Store since 2019 and have never had any issues. Always safe and easy to get access to my trailer. Prices are also great compared to alternatives. Leslie and his team are great!
Easy Store is absolutely amazing!
They are friendly and efficient. I accidentally paid way more money than I should have for my storage (had an extra 0). I sent an email and it was responded to very quickly and within a few days I received refund - no hassle.

I also needed access to my box - I was attended to as soon as I drove in. The staff is so helpful - always a pleasure dealing with them.
